Descripción de la Finalidad: Utilización de WhatsApp Business y Gmail para la gestión de solicitudes, programación de clases presenciales y online, resolución de dudas, notificaciones y trámites administrativos relacionados con la prestación del servicio de Smart English Academy.

TRATAMIENTO DE DATOS DE MENORES DE EDAD (Menores de 14 años)

 

En cumplimiento con el artículo 8 del RGPD y el artículo 7 de la LOPDGDD, solo recabo datos personales de estudiantes menores de 14 años con el consentimiento expreso y verificado del padre, madre o tutor legal.

El consentimiento se formaliza mediante la firma del contrato de prestación de servicios educativos por parte del titular de la patria potestad o tutela.

El tratamiento de los datos del menor se limita estrictamente a la prestación del servicio de enseñanza y el seguimiento de su progreso académico.

 

PLAZOS DE CONSERVACIÓN DE DATOS OFF-SITE

 

Datos de Comunicación (Email / WhatsApp / Gmail):

Se conservarán mientras se mantenga la relación contractual y el interesado no solicite su supresión

Datos Contractuales y Facturación:

Se conservarán durante el tiempo necesario para la prestación del servicio y, posteriormente, durante los plazos legalmente exigidos para responsabilidades fiscales y legales (generalmente 6 años)

Datos Académicos (OneDrive):

Se conservarán mientras el estudiante esté matriculado y hasta la finalización del servicio contratado, tras lo cual serán eliminados de manera segura después de 12 meses
